What's the difference between mixing and mastering?
Mixing is the process of balancing and blending individual tracks (vocals, instruments, etc.) into a cohesive stereo mix. This includes EQ, compression, effects, and spatial positioning. Mastering is the final step where we optimize the mixed track for various playback systems and distribution formats, ensuring it sounds great on everything from earbuds to club systems.
What's your typical turnaround time?
Most projects are completed within 48-72 hours. Simple mixing projects can often be done in 24 hours, while complex mastering or multi-track projects may take up to 72 hours. We also offer rush delivery (24 hours guaranteed) for an additional $50.
How should I prepare my files before sending them?
For Mixing: Send individual stems (drums, bass, vocals, etc.) as WAV files at the highest quality you have. Include a rough mix for reference.
For Mastering: Send your final mix as a high-quality WAV file (24-bit/48kHz or higher) with some headroom (-6dB peak maximum). Include reference tracks that represent your desired sound.
How many revisions are included?
Most services include 2-3 revisions.
Quick Mix includes 1 revision, Standard services include 2 revisions, and Premium services include 3 revisions.
Additional revisions can be requested for a small fee. We want you to be completely satisfied with the final result.
How do I send you my files?
We accept files via Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or any other secure file sharing service. Just include the download link in your project submission form. We can handle files up to several GB without any issues.
What are your rates for EP or album projects?
We offer package deals for multiple tracks. Our EP/Mixtape package (up to 6 songs) includes mixing and mastering for $300 total.
For larger projects (7+ songs), we can provide custom quotes with bulk discounts. Contact us for personalized pricing on album projects.
What payment methods do you accept?

What's included in your podcast editing service?
Our podcast editing includes: removal of 'ums,' long pauses, and mistakes; noise reduction and cleanup; level balancing between speakers; intro/outro addition; chapter markers; and delivery in your preferred format (MP3, WAV). We can also add music beds and sound effects if provided.
What file formats do you deliver?
We typically deliver WAV files (24-bit/48kHz) for professional use and MP3 files (320kbps) for streaming/sharing. For mastering projects, we can also provide DDP files for CD production, vinyl masters, or any other format you specify.
How do you communicate during the project?
We maintain direct communication throughout your project. You'll receive email/sms updates at each stage, and you can reach out with questions or feedback anytime. We also provide phone consultations for complex projects that benefit from real-time discussion.
